Help with your account

My email address is used by several people (company or family). What can I do?The email address is the key to distinguish different users. It is used to keep track your progress, publish badges and certificates and communicate other key information with you and so must be used by no more than one person. There are email service providers such as Google, Yahoo, Microsoft and possibly even your Internet service provider who can provide you with your own email address for free. Consider setting up an email address with one of these services.

How do I register to get a free account?Go to the home page and use the "Register" button. Then Create a new account. Alternatively, you can log in using one of the other social media options including Google, Facebook and LinkedIn.

What is my username and password?Your email address is your username. This must be the email address and password that you used when you first registered for an account on this website - unless you have since changed it.

How may I view and/or change my personal information or password? All of your personal and profile information as well as your password can be found and changed by using the Account Settings button. However, if you used social media to login, you will need to change your password with those services.

I just signed-in to the site and all my progress and completed courses appear to have been reset. What should I do?As previously mentioned, your email address is tied to your progress. If you changed your email address, or chose a different login method, you are actually signing in to a new account. If you just changed your email address, contact our Help Centre to have someone change it in the e-Learning portal.
